SpenCore Layer absorbs shock and reduces friction to improve overall foot comfort. It is recommended for treatment of arch pain and to help reduce pronation and supination for improved stability. Choose 3/4 length for additional toe room in tighter fitting shoes.

How to use Spenco Orthotic Arch Support 3/4 Length Insoles?

Instructions:
Trim forefoot area with scissors if needed. To adjust the arch height, see your local footcare professional. LAB DIRECTIONS: Using a heat gun at 300º F heat the bottom surface until the support is pliable. Adjust immediately. Maintain the adjusted position until cool. Repeat if needed. (Use heat protective gloves.)
Care:
Hand wash in warm water. Air dry
