How to use Spenco Orthotic Arch Support 3/4 Length Insoles?

  • Instructions:
    Trim forefoot area with scissors if needed. To adjust the arch height, see your local footcare professional. LAB DIRECTIONS: Using a heat gun at 300ยบ F heat the bottom surface until the support is pliable. Adjust immediately. Maintain the adjusted position until cool. Repeat if needed. (Use heat protective gloves.)
  • Care:
    Hand wash in warm water. Air dry
