Skil-Care Gel Form X-Cushion is a combination gel and foam cushion designed with an inner baffle to limit the movement of the gel for added stability and to relieve pressure. The water-based gel relieves pressure and cools the skin to prevent breakdown caused by perspiration and heat build-up. Its high-density foam adds comfort and prevents bottoming out. This cushion features incontinent-proof vinyl inner cover which prevents urine from entering cushion.

Important Safety Reminder
- The Gel Foam X-Cushion with a cloth outer cover has straps with buckles that must be secured to the wheelchair to prevent the cushion from sliding off the seat.
Easy Care
- The vinyl cover may be wiped clean using a damp cloth and spray-type cleanser. A mild disinfectant may be used. The Low-Shear outer cover can be laundered and dried at temperatures that do not exceed 180degreeF (82degreeC). Do not use bleach.
