• Active ingredients:
  - Hydrogen Peroxide (1.5%) (oral debridging agent)
• Inactive Ingredients:
  - Water, Flavor, Phosphoric Acid, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Saccharin, FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Yellow 6
• Directions for use:
  - Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor
  - Adults and children 2 years and over: rinse mouth (1/2 tsp) for approximately one minute
  - Children under 12 years : Should be supervised in the use of this product
  - Children under 2 years: Ask a dentist or doctor
• Caution:
  - Do not use for more than 7 days unless told to do so by a healthcare professional
  - Avoid swallowing
  - Stop use and ask a doctor if sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days or if swelling, rash or fever develops or if irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens
  - Keep out of reach of children
  - If more than used for debridging is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
