Cardinal Health Essentials Quilted Reusable Underpad has four-layer protection pads. Its top layer (patient side) is 80 percent cotton and 20 percent polyester blend (referred to as IBEX). The bottom (bedside) is a two-layer PVC material that provides a waterproof non-slip backing.
