Mabis DMI Heelbo Heel and Elbow Protectors help reduce shear and friction to heels and elbows while allowing the skin to breathe. It features flexible stretch weave that fits comfortably and slips on easily and sew-in contoured foam pad eliminates rolling and binding. Color-coded system allows you to determine the size quickly. They are machine washable and retain shape after repeated use.

More Information

Instructions for Use:
- Do not use if protector is frayed or damaged
- Make sure that the skin is free of any open wounds
- Select appropriate size for heel or elbow
- Slip Heel and Elbow Protector over foot or arm and position contoured pad on the area to be cushioned. The part of the sock with the Heelbo name should be positioned toward the top (proximal side) of the limb
- The protector should fit snugly on the limb. If it appears to be too tight or too loose, choose the next appropriate size to ensure patient comfort
- Remove for periodic skin infection
- Materials used in this product may be susceptible to ignition and burning
- Do not expose this product to open fire, flame, or smoking material

Cleaning:
- Machine wash in warm water below 180° F
- Do not use chlorine bleach
- Turn the item inside-out for efficient drying; machine dry at low to medium
