Janibell Liner Installation Guide:
- Open front door and pull out empty refill cartridge
- Slide new refill over empty refill cartridge
- Remove the paper band and pull up OUTER LAYER of the refill
- Push refill down throughthe middle of thecartridge
- Insert the cartridge, withthe newly installed refillback into the can
- Pull refill down andtie a knot
