Instructions:
- Remove a pair of liners from the box
- Be sure you have ankle liners for ankle cuffs and wrist liners for wrist cuffs
- Take the pair of liners out of the bag and lay them flat with the elastic strips side up
- Slide the restraint cuff between the fleece backing and the elastic strips
- The liners should fit so that all size adjustments are accessible and the elastic closest to the closure is on the very end of the cuff
