The Dorking Stocking Donner has been designed to assist those who are less mobile to put on socks or stockings, without the need for unnecessary bending at the waist or hips

How to use Homecraft Stocking Donner?

Place garment over the stocking tunnel until the heel is level with the top bar. Ensure that the garment is not pushed over the front stop edge
The handles fold down and are secured to the frame for storage by two catches. Release the handles and fold them through 180 degrees until they click into place in the handle pivots. The handles can then be rotated whilst applying the garment
Position the donner so it is laid flat on the floor. Whilst seated and keeping hold of the handles, insert foot into the garment until the toes reach the toe of the garment. Wiggling toes may help the garment move onto the foot easier
Using the handles pull the donner and the garment up the leg until the garment has been applied on the leg in the correct position
Once applied pull the donner backwards and down to free the donner from the garment.
Please ensure that the heel of the garment is properly placed on the foot before becoming mobile
