Warning:

• The lift is heavy To avoid personal injury, do not attempt to assemble the lift without assistance
   

Assembly Instructions:

• Engage the lift brakes
• Remove the bolts from the bottom of the mast and base
• Pull the mast to an upright position
• Reinstall the bolts in the holes at bottom of mast
• Tighten the nuts
• Attach boom to top of mast
• Reinstall the bolts in the holes at bottom of mast
• Tighten the nuts
• Attach the control box hanging bracket to the mast
• Tighten the nuts
• Place the control box in the bracket
• Attach the actuator bottom to the mast bracket and insert retainer pin
• Insert retaining ring through retainer pin hole to secure actuator base to mast bracket
• Attach the actuator top to the boom bracket and insert retainer pin
• Insert retaining ring through retainer pin hole to secure actuator top to boom bracket
• Attach the spreader bar bracket to the boom and insert retainer pin
• Insert retaining ring through retainer pin to secure spreader bar to boom
• Insert the actuator plug into the control box
• Insert the pendant plug into the control box
