Assembly and Installation Instructions:
- Holding the V Bar in one hand, insert top end into the top notch of the overdoor bracket
- Squeeze the V Bar together and insert the bottom arm into the hole at the bottom of the overdoor bracket
- Securely tie one end of the rope to the middle of one of the handgrips
- Pass the rope over both pulleys and tie in the middle of the other handgrip
- Place door brackets securely over the top edge in the middle of the door
- Follow therapists or doctors instructions on use of exercise pulley
