Donjoy UltraSling II Arm Sling provides immobilization for rotator cuff repairs, capsular shifts, Bankhart repairs, glenohumeral dislocations/subluxation and soft tissue repairs/strains. The De-Rotation Strap hooks to the UltraSling II and prevents internal rotation by securely holding the patient’s arm in neutral position.

What to buy with Donjoy Arm Sling

Bend the arm. The pillow should be at a position where it fits comfortbaly by the patient's side.
Secure it with the waist belt first and it will come across. The velcro strap has to be snug and secure.
Bring the shoulder strap over the top and lock that in place by putting it through the tabs along the front velcoring it.
Use the adjuster strap on the top and one along the back.
Make sure that it is snug.
Put one shoulder piece across the forearm to make sure that shoulders stay snug.
