Fitting Instruction for Groin Support

1. Place the weight on the uninjured leg with the affected limb relaxed and slightly rotated inward. Starting with the contoured end of the neoprene wrap at the upper part of the inner thigh, wrap towards the back around the thigh.

 

2. Overlap the starting point and wrap it again around the thigh. Bring the wrap across the abdomen and over the hip on the opposite side of the body from the starting point.

 

3. Wrap around the lower back and continue to the Upper thigh. Use a hook and loop to attach at the thigh.

• Wrap around the lower abdomen and continue to the Upper thigh

• The Hip Spica will generally fit individuals with waist sizes between 26 Inches and 40 Inches
• Individuals with waist sizes between 40 Inches and 46 Inches may be able to use the wrap if their upper thigh circumference is less than 28 Inches
• Individuals with waist sizes between 36 Inches and 40 Inches maybe experience fit issues if their upper thigh circumference is greater than 32 Inches
