How to Choose the Correct Bra Size?

Using a soft tape measure around the body where bra band fits(with a bra on).
Pull the tape snug but not tight.
This will give you the band size.
Secure the tape smoothly all around the body.
Next, measure from the middle of the chest wall on top of existing breast to the center of the back.
Double the measurement and that should give an estimated measurement of how to decide the cup size.
Odd numbers-round off to next whole number.
Subtract the band size from the measurement of the cup size. Each 1 inch difference is a cup size. (for example: band size 34 inch, cup measurement 36 inch, size should be 34 B)
