How to use Omron Long Life Pads for Electro Therapy Pain Relief TENS Unit?
- Remove and discard plastic film from the pads.
- Connect either electrode to any pad.
- Place pads only on normal, intact, dry, clean, and healthy skin.
Note: These pads are intended for one-person use. Do not share pads with other persons because of the risks of adverse skin reactions and to prevent the spread of disease.
How to clean Omron Tens Unit Pads?
- Turn the power off on the unit and remove the cord from each pad.
- Wash pads when the adhesive becomes dirty or pads are not adhering to your skin.
- Use your fingertips to wash under cold water gently.
Note:
- Do not use a sponge, cloth, detergents, chemicals, or soap.
- Pads can be washed up to 10 times and used up to 150.
- Air dry pads; do not wipe with paper or cloth.
How to store Omron TENS Electrode Pads?
- Do not bend pads.
- In between uses, keep the cord connected to the pads and place pads on the pad holder with the adhesive side down onto each side of the holder.
- Wrap the cord around the pad holder.
- Store in a cool, dry place, 5-40°C (41-104°F.), 30-40% relative humidity.
- With proper storage and use, you may extend the life of your pads.

How long do the Long Life pads last?
The Long Life Pads are good for up 150 uses or 5 months based on daily usage. Caring for your pads is easy; simply clean the pads as recommended up to 10 times. When replacing your pads, remove the protective film from the pads and place it on the holder provided when you purchased your pain relief unit.
Is it acceptable to put the pads on my chest anywhere?
Do not put the pads on or near your heart, directly on your chest, or on your neck. This could cause heart disturbance.
How far apart should you place the Pads?
They should be a minimum of 1 inch apart on clean, dry, healthy skin; the pads should never touch or overlap.
