Selecting the Size:


  • Determine the wrist circumference.
  • Determine the size of the support.
     

Adaptation:



  • Open all hook-and-loop closures. Insert the plastic splints in the support.
  • Heat the plastic splints in the support.
  • Apply the support to the wrist after it has cooled off slightly and close the hook-and-loop closures.
  • Shape the plastic splints manually and wait until they have hardened.
     

Application:



  • Open all hook-and-loop closures.
  • Pull the support over the wrist, placing the loop over the thumb.
  • Fasten all hook-and-loop closures.
