How to use EverTrac Neck Traction at Home?

  1. To begin, reset the unit to the start line.
  2. Place the neck stretching device on the carpeted floor.
  3. Allow the neck wedges to wrap around your neck.
  4. Move & adjust your body. Feel the neck wedges behind your jaws.
  5. Adjust the width of neck wedges from underneath, and make sure your head is CENTERED.
  6. Wear the forehead strap around your forehead and fasten the velcro.
  7. Begin the treatment by turning the tension knob clockwise.
  8. Refer to your doctor's prescription for the exact pull force.
  9. Once the desired traction force is reached, you may relax and let the neck stretcher do the job for you.
